Ultra durable. Ultra comfy. Derived from the sap of rubber trees, our GOLS certified organic natural latex features impressive spring-back for 20+ years of support (so much longer than any old petroleum-based cushion foam).
We wrap each cushion in an envelope of lofted, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100-certified wool for cushy, sink-in softness—unlike down, wool's resilience requires minimal fluffing to maintain its pillowy lift and support.
We've swapped out typical petroleum-based foam for thick, needled sheets of OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100-certified wool to create an extra layer of cushiony padding around our furniture frames.
Our corner-blocked frames are constructed with a blend of solid wood and formaldehyde-free PureBond® hardwood plywood for added stability, and each comes with a lifetime warranty.
Naturally tough jute is an integral part of our frame and suspension design for lasting comfort (without sagging or squeaking).
No synthetic linings here. Our soft, breathable cotton dust covers protect our frames and cushion fillings.

What does your latex + wool furniture feel like?
Overall, it’s a plush, supportive, and incredibly comfy lounge. Our latex foam cushion is dense with a soft, slightly springy sit, and each is wrapped in an envelope of fluffy wool for sink-in softness. Back pillows are also filled with wool, and unlike down, wool's resilience requires no fluffing to maintain its pillowy lift and support. How do natural latex + wool cushions hold up over time?
Our natural latex foam seat cushions, which come from rubber tree sap, feature a durable spring-back to hold its shape for 20+ years—much longer than traditional poly foam that you'll typically find in a sofa. PROS
1) Prior to receiving the chair, I didn't appreciate how big the chair would be. (If you have an exceptionally small living room, you might want to purchase a smaller chair. We have a somewhat small living room--our house built in 1950s--and it works.) I was pleasantly surprised by how large the chair is as it allows me to curl up my legs in the chair, and it is easy to type on my laptop since my elbows don't fit the arm rests. It also has enough room for a small dog to lie next to you. 2) The style and color adds character our living room. 3) It is somewhat structured but also comfortable at the same time, which is a happy medium for my husband and I, who have different preferences.
CONS
The ETA for our order moved further out a few times. I believe our order completion date was originally the end of Jan 2025 and our order completed at the end of March 2025. I share this to let others know that your order status can move from "in-production" back to order received, and there might consecutive delays. I think the wait was worth it.
Overall, I'm happy we bought this chair. I won't know how it ages until some time goes by, but so far so good.
