Our 100 day return policy.
Purchasing home furnishings is a big deal, whether its online or at a store. To help ease any worries you may have, we gladly extend a 100% Love It Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase in terms of the comfort, craftsmanship, or anything else, just let us know at email@example.com within 15 days after it’s delivered. We can always try to help fix any issue you have, but if that doesn’t cut it, you can go ahead and return for a full refund. We’ll pick it up from you, ship it back for free, and then once its received to us in good condition we’ll issue a full refund. Easy breezy. After 15 days, and up until 100 days after the purchase, you can ship it back (you pay for the return shipment) for a refund of the order.
Order free samples or work with a Furniture Stylist to ensure you get furniture perfect comfort for you and and the best look for your your space. We want you to love your furniture, and we mean it. Please see below for specifics as applicable to your order.
Canceling An Order
Because each item is made one at a time, we can cancel an order only if the request is made within 24 hours of the purchase. After that time period, we’re not able to cancel the order and will ship it out to you upon completion. If you order while the Coronavirus pandemic is active, we will honor cancellation and refund if you're not able to receive your furniture.
A Few Exceptions
Delivery Outside the Continental United States
This return policy applies only to items delivered in the Continental United States. We ship all over the world, but purchases to other countries can not be returned. Purchases from Hawaii and Alaska can be returned, but customer always pays return costs.
C.O.M. (customer's Own material)
If you order something with C.O.M. (customer own material), we're not able to take a return.
Clearance & Over $10k
If the item was purchased as a clearance or floor model, unfortunately we’re not able to take a return. Please ask to see any blemishes (if applicable). If an order is more than $10,000, there is a 20% restocking fee.
When any modifications beyond what is available in customizer for that product are made, we can take a return and will ship it back for free, but we’ll need to charge a 20% restocking fee. If it's completely custom design, we can't take a return.
