Great website, ordering, and easy to communicate with, get updates. Our stools are beautiful but my husband is going to sand off some rough edges. Also, I believe the wrong wood was used for our order. We ordered light maple and this appears to be walnut. It is quite dark. If this is what I ordered then the pictures online are inaccurate. Fortunately, I like the look and think I prefer it to what we ordered, so we have accepted it but there should be follow-up for your own improvement and customer satisfaction. It would be terrible after all this time we waited, all this time you worked, and all these materials used, to send them back. But we are happy with the stools and expect to enjoy them for many years. We are glad we used a company that is environmentally-minded in their production.
