Ultra durable. Ultra comfy. Derived from the sap of rubber trees, our GOLS-certified organic natural latex features impressive spring-back for 20+ years of support (so much longer than any old petroleum-based cushion foam).
We wrap each cushion in an envelope of lofted, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100-certified wool for cushy, sink-in softness—unlike down, wool's resilience requires minimal fluffing to maintain its pillowy lift and support.
We've swapped out typical petroleum-based foam for thick, needled sheets of OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100-certified wool to create an extra layer of cushiony padding around our furniture frames.
Our corner-blocked frames are constructed with a blend of solid wood and formaldehyde-free PureBond® hardwood plywood for added stability, and each comes with a lifetime warranty.
Naturally tough jute is an integral part of our frame and suspension design for lasting comfort (without sagging or squeaking).
No synthetic linings here. Our soft, breathable cotton dust covers protect our frames and cushion fillings.

How does it feel to sit on latex + wool furniture?
Overall, it’s a plush, supportive, and incredibly comfy lounge. Our latex foam cushion is dense with a soft, slightly springy sit, and each is wrapped in an envelope of fluffy wool for sink-in softness. Back pillows are also filled with wool—unlike down, wool's resilience requires minimal fluffing to maintain its pillowy lift and support. Frames are covered in thick needled wool, and the arms are padded with a thin layer of latex for extra softness.
How does latex + wool hold up over time?
Latex foam, which comes from rubber tree sap, features durable spring-back to hold its shape for 20+ years—much longer than traditional poly foam that you'll typically find in a sofa. Our wool fiber-filled back pillows maintain lasting fullness and structure, too. Naturally pliant, wool fibers can bend an astonishing 20,000 times before they break! Overall, both of these natural materials offer more resilience, structure, and support than standard poly foams and fillings—all while being easier on the planet and better to bring into your home.

Does my fabric choice affect my order's lead time?
Yes. To see your order's estimated lead time, head to the product page and click the "Customize" button. When you reach the "Fabrics and leathers" step, you'll notice that the lead time changes dynamically as you click between fabric collections (look for the orange text next to the truck icon). I ordered a couch in July and it was delivered in early October. When the white glove service brought it in, it was clear the cushion was noticeably shorter than the frame. Their instructions said to accept the order even if there was an issue and they'd make it right, but that has not been my experience. They acknowledged they sent me a defective couch that never should have been shipped, and they promised to remake the cover to fix what they believe caused the issue. In early October, they said it would ship in 2 weeks. In November, they said by the following week. All the deadlines have now passed, they've shipped nothing. They promised to make the new cover out of the same batch of fabric so there wouldn't be dye lot variations, but I doubt they are sticking to that since they said new fabric came in for new orders and they prioritize new customers over old ones (even though I never got a non-defective version of the couch I paid for). Despite the missed deadlines, I get no updates from the customer service rep, Kevin, unless I reach out first. He also keeps calling me the wrong name in every email, which just emphasizes their lack of attention to detail. This couch was in no way cheap. I paid so much and waited for months thinking I was getting a quality product, but all I got was a defective couch and unresponsive customer service that keeps making promises only to break them. I actually like the look and comfort of the couch otherwise, but the quality control is not…

I got extensive help with design. The product was expensive but well worth it. Delivery was white glove And deserve that designation. The company is even sending talker sofa legs Since it felt like the sofa was too low and this is at no expense. A wonderful experience overall.

I had a very positive experience with Medley. I will say the price is a bit higher than you would pay at another furniture store, but you get what you pay for and Medley's quality is top notch. Made in the US, customizable, eco friendly options, top quality craftmanship. Highly recommended.

It was great! I love my new sectional - sturdy, high-quality piece made with real craftsmanship. Firm and comfortable. And, it's stunning to look at, too! Arrived just a bit earlier than expected, which was nice, even with custom specs. I paid for in-room delivery, which I highly recommend since my piece isn't light. Delivery folks were pleasant and helpful.
