Love this beautiful desk. Functional, sturdy and aesthetically very pleasing. It's beautiful.
The one problem was that it took much longer to arrive than it was supposed to. Customer service was effectively responsive to my inquiries about delivery status, but didn't take their own initiative to let me know about delays. Their website gives the impression that they are going to keep you updated throughout the process, but it didn't work out like that. And there were other glitches with scheduling delivery. But in the end, the actual delivery was excellent.
As I waited and wondered when the desk was coming and what it would be like, after spending more money than I ever imagined on would on a desk, I worried that the purchase was a mistake. This is the first time I've ordered from Medley. But even tho the delivery process was stressful and way less than ideal, the desk is so lovely, that I am really glad I bought it. It really adds a lot to our home. Thus the 5 stars. I hope I still feel that way for many years to come.
