Getting the furniture was a very long process, but understood with COVID impact of supply. That said whenever I requested for an update the medley customer service was very prompt in their response. Vendor that installed sofa caused damage to a leg it seemed for one of my sofas, Medley was very fast in sending someone for repair. The vendor that was supposed to fix it however caused further damage to the leg and a new base had to be sent. However that base did not fit quite right and the color was darker. Medley however was very understanding after I expressed my frustrations. They gave me a discount of $1,500. I was very satisfied. I am still very happy with the furniture I got. I applaud Medley for being one of the few high quality nontoxic furniture makers.
