Frame wrapped in wool and padded in natural latex on the arms and back for extra softness and squish. All loose back pillows and seat cushions are flippable (except chaise and bumper pieces), and feature removable zippered covers for spot cleaning. Some fabrics are machine washable as noted in the fabric information.

What does your latex + wool furniture feel like?

Overall, it’s a plush, supportive, and incredibly comfy lounge. Our latex foam cushion is dense with a soft, slightly springy sit, and each is wrapped in an envelope of fluffy wool for sink-in softness. Back pillows are also filled with wool—unlike down, wool's resilience requires no fluffing to maintain its pillowy lift and support. Frames are covered in thick needled wool, and the arms are padded with a thin layer of latex for extra softness.

How does latex + wool hold up over time?

Latex foam, which comes from rubber tree sap, features durable spring-back to hold its shape for 20+ years—much longer than traditional poly foam that you'll typically find in a sofa. Our wool fiber-filled back pillows maintain lasting fullness and structure, too. Naturally pliant, wool fibers can bend an astonishing 20,000 times before they break! Overall, both of these natural materials offer more resilience, structure, and support than standard poly foams and fillings—all while being easier on the planet and better to bring into your home.

Best sofa ever
I am very happy with my Rio sectional. I actually got it about a year ago when there weren't any reviews on the site so I thought I would help out with mine. The ordering and customization process was super easy and the representatives were so helpful when I had a ton of questions and back and forth on my seat depth, pillow height etc. I love that the couch is fully customizable! When I got it I was surprised by how comfortable it is! I was scared to give up our old sofa because I thought it was super comfy, but the medley couch is the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. I chose the Texture Haze fabric and honestly that's the only thing I would change if I could. It does show stains pretty easily, but we have had success with removing the seat covers and washing them. I probably would've gone with white (because I like it more and if texture haze is going to show every blemish anyways, might as well) or a different fabric that doesn't show stains as well. The texture haze has stood up to my cat's claws pretty well, but velvet would've been better for that. As far as price, I think it is a good deal compared to some other couches out there from the popular big box stores.

Meh. Sofa came with damage and the incorrect feet. The correct feet that were sent in no way matched the images from online. For the price, I would expect a better inspection and QC control.

Excellent overall! We had a 'problem' with the fabric color upon delivery; it was much lighter and a different shade than we planned, (from the small color swatch). Your team was responsive and also offered to either remake the sectional, accept a complete return, and/ or offered a discount. We found the quality of the furniture to be exceptional and that coupled with supply chain issues, and the discount, decided to keep the sofa 'as is' and couldn't be happier. It is very very well made and we will happily shop with you again in the future. Thank you--we appreciate everyone's hard work!
